25% Habit

There are a list of things that regularly carry my through my day…

  1. Belly rubs and whisker kisses for my dog.

  2. A healthy binge session of Jeopardy, Parks and Rec or the latest Netflix doc. Or a combo of the three.

  3. A meditative break in the form of yoga, word searches, dog walks or rereading a classic novel.

  4. A moment to salivate over the latest HBH recipe or trending home decor.

  5. Daydreaming about my big breakthrough as a children’s storybook author.

25% Grind

The ferocity that comes with being young means that I’m always setting goals and striving to be better. When I’m “on” I have tunnel-vision focus and can pick up on things quickly and use the tools around me to get to my goals. I always work best under pressure; if there’s a time crunch, I’m your writer.

Sometimes, this can make work-life balance a hard thing for me, so I rely on those around me to keep me healthy and, let’s be honest, sane.

25% Effervescence

I’m my father's daughter in that I can make a friend with just about anyone, I think animals are people too and I might not go into the kitchen that often, but when I do I make magic happen.

At work, I'm high energy and always thinking of the most positive outcome because if you put goodness into the world, it will come back around to you.

I’m also a #millennial, meaning I have the know-how to brand and sell a company for the largest generation of consumers.


25% Curiosity

From two-hour long conversations with my friend trapping crabs and oysters in Seattle to seeing a spark of something new through the eyes of my niece and nephew to falling down a Reddit rabbit hole, I am constantly inspired by how the world changes around me and what positive contributions I can put into it.
